Refund & Cancellation Policy – Anaaj

At Anaaj, we maintain strict quality standards to deliver authentic and hygienically processed spices. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 10 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Include your Order ID and contact details.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged during transit
• Incorrect product delivered
• Product missing from the order

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with:
• Order ID
• Clear images of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the consumable nature of spices, we do not offer refunds or returns in cases of:

• Change of mind
• Taste preference
• Opened or used products
• Incorrect address provided by the customer

4. Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refund may be processed via bank transfer after verification.

5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
